We're currently hiring for a Sales Associate to join our team to work out of our store located in Albion Mall.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Enjoy working in a fun and supportive team environment and be a positive team player
- Ability to sell wireless products and plans and best describe them to the customer
- Assess customer needs with respect to the purchase of wireless products, billing inquiries, and equipment/technical challenges
- Ability to stay current with changes in offers/promotions, new products, services and policies to maintain high level product knowledge and services
- Providing exceptional customer support to both current and prospective clients
- Handle requests, questions and any issues in a positive manner
- Process sales and enter refund of orders on a daily basis
- Receive and manage the inventory processes
- Review Sales reports on a daily basis

Any other duties as may be assigned by Management

**Education and Experience**:

- High School Diploma or Certificate
- Wireless Experience is an asset

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour + Commissions + Bonuses and Incentives/Employee Discounts

Languages: Gujrati or Arabic Language skill is an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

- Monday to Friday
