**How you’ll contribute**

As our **Road Service Coordinator,** you’ll be in a key role coordinating service calls on our Heat Equipment within our Climate Control Division through:

- Overseeing the daily operation of road service calls by working with Road Service Technicians, third party vendors, and customers
- Assisting customers and staff with trouble shooting basic breakdown issues and maximizing productivity to reduce downtime for customer sites
- Providing administrative support for inbound equipment check-in process during the off season
- Coordinating and organizing between our stores and Road Service Technicians to provide consistent road service
- Ensuring Road Service Technicians have all required work order, client, and job site information to complete their service call efficiently and safely
- Offering parts recommendations to prevent stock outs and downtime
- Overseeing the Road Service Technician’s daily productivity, as well as summarizing and reporting this information to the Operations Manager of the Climate Control Division
- Providing technical guidance to staff, technicians and customers and ensuring all technical manuals are easily accessible
- Providing inventory control and returns process support for all inbound equipment during the Road Service off season
- Building strong and effective relationships between staff, stores, and technicians through exceptional communication and organization skills
- Accurately entering and maintaining all inventory control documents in order to preserve the integrity of our Rental Management computer system.
- Ensuring that every customer is treated in the same fair and consistent manner and resolving issues as they arise
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing required PPE
- Other duties as assigned

**What we’re looking for**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Heating/Rental Equipment, road service coordination, inventory administration or similar background
- Basic technical and troubleshooting skills are an asset
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and effectively able to deal with customers in person and on the phone
- Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
