As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing **home care** and **patient care** to clients in their residences.

- Administering medications as prescribed and ensuring compliance with health guidelines (**medication administration**).
- Engaging clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Assisting clients with mobility, which may involve **heavy lifting** when necessary.
- Supporting individuals in **senior care**, including those in **hospice care** or **assisted living** environments.
- Working collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
- Providing support for individuals with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.

**Skills**
- Experience in **home care**, particularly with elderly or disabled clients.
- Knowledge of **patient care** practices and principles, especially related to dementia and hospice care.
- Ability to perform **heavy lifting** safely and effectively when assisting clients.
- Proficiency in **meal preparation**, ensuring nutritional needs are met for clients.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
