**Duties & Tasks**
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
- Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
- Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments.
- Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.
- Prepare reports, store, update, analyze, and retrieve financial data using spread sheet.
- Raw Goods Inventory Reconciliation
- Carton reconciliation, create a process for carton reconciliation
- Review /update General Ledger Expense accounts
- Create a proposal list each week or so of expenses that can be pooled into the same categories
- Implement approved changes into famous
- Make sure that these new categories are working properly and that the information is clearly identified in famous
- Create a new P.O from with checklists as to indicate where each P.O expense should be categorized. Each employee handing in PO forms must indicate where the expense routes.
- Work on and improve/simplify PRODUCTION REPORTS and SPECIALTY REPORTS
- Famous, review and implement enhanced data retrieval process to help us enhance our monthly reporting requirements
- Develop a more accurate manner in which to properly track expenses to not allow expenses to be over budget and generate weekly Spending Reports
- Implement Info Maker, to extract the new live data is an organized/clean & efficient format
- Incorporate budget numbers to allow software comparisons (actual to budgeted values)
- Make sure that the income statement is showing these new categories properly, live data, budgets, variance

**Qualification**
- Background in Business Administration/Accounting with 3-5 years of related office management/accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge in accounting principles
- Knowledge working with SAP is considered an asset
