**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Evaluate damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for repair costs, including parts and labor.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the repair process and answer any questions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive relationship with clients throughout their experience.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure all necessary repairs are completed efficiently.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, dealership policies, and automotive repair techniques.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or in a similar role within a dealership environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A passion for the automotive industry and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Pay: $52,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
