Escape Trailer is unique, as we are one of the few manufacturers of fiberglass RV travel trailers and have done so for 18+ years and counting. We are a customer focused company, and our trailers are manufactured from start to finish at our warehouses located in Chilliwack, BC.

**As a Sales Support Specialist your role includes**:

- Responding to initial contact from clients and customers who have expressed interest in Escape Trailer
- Contacting customers and responding accurately and satisfactorily to customer questions and concerns
- Providing detailed information about products and services to prospective customers
- Informing them of our services and processes

**Preferred skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Previous knowledge in the trailer industry would be beneficial but not required
- Customer Service experience
- Work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy

This role is a gateway to Sales and Business Development and is a great opportunity for the right individual to develop excellent customer relations in a direct to consumer business.
