**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspire and Lead**: Oversee all kitchen operations, leading a dedicated team to execute exceptional dishes that reflect our standards and creativity.
- **Menu Development**: Innovate new dishes and evolve our existing menu to keep it fresh, exciting, and reflective of guest preferences.
- **Operational Excellence**: Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and profitability.
- **Training and Development**: Mentor and train kitchen staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and professional growth.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all menu items, ensuring an outstanding guest experience every time.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 7+ years of progressive experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- **Creativity**: A passion for crafting unique dishes and enhancing traditional menu items with a modern flair.
- **Culinary Expertise**: Strong technical skills, particularly in modern and traditional cooking techniques.
- **Certifications**: Food Handler Certification (preferred).
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
