**The Role**

As an HR Reward Adviser, you’ll play a critical role in crafting and delivering reward strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and performance while aligning with our strategic objectives. **What You’ll Do**:

- ** Shape Reward Strategies**: Design reward plans that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our strategic goals.
- ** Benchmark Industry Standards**: Conduct salary surveys, compensation analysis, and benefits benchmarking to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
- ** Develop Policies**: Create and update policies on compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
- ** Be a Trusted Advisor**: Provide expert guidance to managers and HR on reward matters, including salary reviews and incentive programs.
- ** Maintain Compliance**: Stay ahead of emerging legislation to shape policies that meet legal and internal standards.
- ** Communicate Effectively**: Develop clear, engaging materials to help employees and managers understand and value our reward programs.
- ** Leverage Data**: Use data and advanced analytics to evaluate reward effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Automation skills (e.g., macros) are a plus
- ** Drive Reward Projects**: Lead and support reward-related projects, collaborating with HR, corporate teams, and business units to deliver success.
