Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is looking for a HR Business Partner to join its team at Brandon, Manitoba, Canada. Brandon is a key producer of fertilizers for Western Canada and the Northern US. The Brandon team has approximately 280 employees with occupations in Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, and Administrative support functions.

**What You Will Do In Your Role**:

- Site HR Business Partner for employees and supervisors
- Help facilitate and lead Employee Experience efforts including HR programs, process, and systems addressing employee and business needs
- Optimize programs and policies to support and practice Principle Based Management concepts
- Establish effective working relationships with union partners and stewards
- Leverage Koch partnerships in payroll, benefits, compliance, and legal to ensure a positive employee experience
- Build and maintain effective working relationships within the organization (team, peers, leaders and partners)
- Partner with leaders to help the company meet its talent vision of Selecting, Developing, Rewarding and Retaining individuals committed to Koch’s Guiding Principles
- Embrace, communicate, influence, and lead others through change.
- Conducting thorough investigations in collaboration with compliance, legal and leadership

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies with proven, measurable results
- Demonstrated ability to understand metrics and drive business performance.
- Experience communicating and partnering on strategic initiatives with all levels of the organization
- Experience with HR Information Management Systems (Infor, SAP, etc.)
