**Overview**

At Commercial Contract Nursing Corp., we are committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking reliable, professional, and caring Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our growing home care team.

As a PSW, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in their home environments. You will provide a combination of personal care and light housekeeping services tailored to each client’s needs.

**Duties**
- Provide patient care and support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties
- Foster positive relationships with clients, promoting their independence and dignity
- Support clients with mobility assistance and transportation as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a recognized Personal Support Worker Certificate from an accredited institution
- Up-to-date immunization/vaccination record, including COVID-19
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check (dated within the past 12 months)
- Resume with relevant work experience
- Proof of liability insurance through your professional college or governing body
- Access to reliable transportation is essential

In Addition to:

- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, hospice care, or senior care is essential
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of working with persons with disabilities is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for this role
- Ability to perform tasks that may involve physical activity, including lifting or moving clients safely
