Please note applicants must have a vehicle available for work and a Class 5 BC Driver's License, and be able to speak conversational Tagalog. CHSBC's Model of Service is "**Do with, not for.**" Our staff support our clients to reach their goals and reach their optimum level of independence. **Job Summary**: In consultation with the Program Manager, the Community Support Worker provides life skills training and support services for persons with disabilities, including acquired brain injuries, regarding issues such as personal care and other aspects of daily living, access to community leisure programs, housekeeping duties, planning and preparing meals, booking medical appointments and organizing and supporting a client to follow through with a weekly schedule with one or more brain injured clients living in the community.
