With the help of our talented team of bakery experts who are dedicated to providing exceptional products and service, we are proud to offer an extensive selection of baked goods that includes freshly baked breads, sensational gourmet cakes, decadent cookies, and specialty items.

Reporting to the Department Leaders, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Job Overview**
- Bring a positive attitude every day
- Greeting customers and assisting them with questions and recommendations
- Packages, labels, and prices pre-made cakes
- Fills customer special orders and quotes accurate pricing, both in person and by phone
- Designs, prepares, and decorates cakes according to customer specifications
- Answers customers’ questions about food ingredients, cake designs and other aspects of the baked goods
- Arranges baked goods in the display cases and on shelves and counters
- Makes certain that displays are filled with products and not low on merchandise or empty
- Ensures that work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment, and floors
- Follows all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Department Leaders

- You have an impeccable level of cleanliness, attention to detail and organization
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to shifting priorities
- You are highly self-motivated and work well under mínimal supervision
- You possess strong customer service skills
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You work well with others in a high-pressure environment
- You have 1+ years of experience working as a Cake Decorator or related field preferred
- You can work on your feet up to 8 hours in a day
- **You have a valid work authorization (i.e., work permit, student permit, PR) in Canada**
