This role is for **EllisDon Industrial Inc.** **(an EllisDon Company).
**You as an Estimator**:
- Analyze Plans, specifications and proposals to prepare bid estimates for underground and/or earthworks.
- Prepare Quantity Take Offs and Bonding Requests
- Attend Site Visits and Pre Bid Meetings
- Prepare Estimate using B2W Software and prepare RFQs for Subcontractors/Vendors
- Prepare Documentation required for tenders, including:
- Company Profile Information
- Execution Narratives/Strategies
- Safety Plans
- Aboriginal Involvement Plans
- Quality Documentation
- Safety Documentation
- Present estimate to management for review
**Is this the right role for you?**
- Minimum 2 years of estimating experience or equivalent technical training/experience and have a construction related degree/diploma
- You have a working knowledge of corporate objectives impacting estimating, estimating strategies and techniques, and construction contracts
- You have the ability to work effectively and accurately in time sensitive situations within a team
