Inside Sales Representative

**What you will do**:
- Responding to inbound opportunities and actively seeking opportunities to generate new business.
- Communicate with clients, making outbound communications to potential clients, and following up on leads.
- Use strong communication skills to present and sell company products or services to potential clients.
- Primary source of contact with our customer with back up from Project/Program Management.
- Work with the permitting department to ensure client solutions meet permit requirements both prior to quoting and for final permit.
- Work with engineering to get proper artwork and estimates complete on a timely basis.
- Create and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
- Develop knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Identifying potential clients through lead generation and qualifying these leads based on interest and purchasing ability.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Coordinating with Business Development, Client Relations Manager and Account Managers to achieve company sales targets.
- Attend client sites and trade shows.
- Ensures a clean and safe work environment at all times. Demonstrates respect for all legislated employment, plant, health and safety standards.

**What we need**:
- Experience as an Inside Sales Representative, preferably in the sign or related industry with a proven track record of prospecting, closing and managing accounts.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communications capability (verbal and written) with an ability to explain complex solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working closely with Construction Managers, Designers, Architectural Interior Designers, Marketing Experts, and Brand Content Creators is preferred.
- Degree/diploma in business/marketing or related experience
