Role Objective:
Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, the Business Development Specialist will have a passion for sustainability, a hunter mentality, and proven experience in developing new business opportunities and partnerships in a variety of verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to grow the company's client base.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support and develop proposals.
- Track and report on sales performance and market penetration.
- Proven experience in sales and/or business development.
- Energetic and outgoing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion to learn about energy-efficiency, how various solutions impact it and its importance to both sustainability and business success

E-Pro Canada offers a robust training program, including support for continuous learning about energy-efficiency, sustainability and the technologies that make it happen.

**Salary**:

- This role begins with a 100% commission structure for business development-related responsibilities, but based on exceptional performance, opportunities exist for base salary inclusion.
