**Position**: Customer Success Specialist

**Role Overview**: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice of The Water Store. You will assist customers with their inquiries, guide them through our range of products, and ensure they have a seamless and satisfying experience from start to finish.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers in the store with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Using our point of sale system/cash register for customers purchases
- Answer in-store and e-commerce customer questions about our water filtration systems and services.
- Conduct water tests for online and in-store customers
- Help customers choose the right filtration system for their needs.
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Supporting staff with Pick and pack e-commerce orders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry trends.
- Handle customer feedback and work towards continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Basic knowledge of water filtration systems is a plus (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
