Our **Production Manager** manages several services on the production line (sub-assembly, store, reception and shipping) in order to achieve the daily objectives of its service.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ensure that productivity and quality objectives are met, and that human and material resources are used effectively.
- Supervise a work team of approximately 40 employees on 2 shifts.
- Ensure that occupational health and safety rules and procedures are respected.
- Ensure the management and development of his team.

- Hire and train new employees
- Actively participate in work planning and organization meetings.
- Create and maintain harmonious and effective relationships with his team and other departments of the company.

- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Complete operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational issues, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.

Notre **Responsable de Production** gère plusieurs services sur la ligne de production (sous-assemblage, stockage, réception et expédition) afin d'atteindre les objectifs journaliers de son service.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
- S'assurer que les objectifs de productivité et de qualité sont atteints, et que les ressources humaines et matérielles sont utilisées efficacement.
- Superviser une équipe de travail d'environ 40 employés sur 2 équipes.
- Veiller au respect des règles et des procédures de santé et de sécurité au travail.
- Assurer la gestion et le développement de son équipe.
- Fixer des objectifs de performance et des délais en accord avec les plans et la vision de l'entreprise et les communiquer à vos subordonnés.
- Recruter et former de nouveaux employés.
- Participer activement aux réunions de planification et d'organisation du travail.
- Créer et maintenir des relations harmonieuses et efficaces avec son équipe et les autres départements de l'entreprise.
- Veiller à ce que le travail soit effectué conformément aux politiques, procédures et à la convention collective en vigueur.
- Surveiller la productivité des employés et fournir des commentaires et du coaching constructifs.
- Réaliser les opérations en élaborant des plannings, en assignant et en surveillant le travail, en rassemblant des ressources, en mettant en œuvre des normes de productivité, en résolvant les problèmes opérationnels, en maintenant des manuels de référence et en mettant en œuvre de nouvelles procédures.
**Expérience**: 5 ans minimum
Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
