- **Qualifications**_
- A minimum of 7-10 years of financial management experience in a role as accountant auditor, or financial analyst. Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Accounting, demonstrate expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting including a solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements, including tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting,
- Ability to lead and manage a finance team, overseeing functions like accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools including ERP systems Excel and MS Office. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey financial information to non-finance personnel and executives.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- The ability to provide strategic financial guidance to support the organization’s goals and growth.
- Aptitude for identifying financial issues and devising solutions.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining financial integrity and confidentiality.
- Understanding the specific industry or sector in which the company operates can be advantageous.
- CPA with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience post-designation
- Experience as a Controller, Finance Manager, or equivalent would be considered an asset.

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
