We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Canada. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities, contributing to our mission of efficient goods distribution and strong community connections.
**Responsibilities**
- Operate reach trucks and forklifts safely to move products within the warehouse.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Perform order picking and packing tasks accurately.
- Maintain an organized warehouse environment by following best practices for storage.
- Assist in heavy lifting and loading/unloading of materials as needed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
- High proficiency in operating reach trucks and forklifts.
- Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes.
- Ability to lift heavy items safely (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset.
- Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
