**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks.
- Utilize CCTV systems to observe activities and maintain surveillance over designated areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and reporting it accordingly.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries from visitors and staff.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems for effective surveillance.
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security is highly desirable.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting incidents accurately.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond quickly in emergencies.
