London, Canada Ambassador Security Limited Full time

ASL requires a conscientious, reliable and self-motivated Security Guard who will be responsible for securing client facilities and personnel by patrolling the facility and grounds, inspecting for hazards, checking for unlocked doors, safety violations, unsafe conditions and unauthorized persons.

Job Duties
- Must provide a strong security presence by patrolling premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Observe and report irregularities, incidents, safety hazards, security breaches etc.
- Regulating and monitoring facility access to vendors and visitors.
- Complies with all regulations and relevant legislation.
- Monday - Friday and weekends as needed. 12 Hour shifts
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- One-year experience in a security role preferred
- Must possess an Ontario Security Guard License
- Must be able to communicate in English, write reports and interact with the public
- Must be able and willing to work a variety of shifts (days, nights, weekends), including 12-hour shifts
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk and/or drive for extended periods of time
- Must have first-aid and CPR certification.
- Must be able to complete required paperwork to report abnormalities or incidents.
- Able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
- Must have safety shoes

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (required)
