**Position Overview**

We’re looking for an RMA Specialist is tasked with organizing returns and keeping accurate, detailed records. Receiving customer product returns and performing post returns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect, verify each returned package
- Pick return to vendor orders and contact vendors for return procedures
- Warranty process directly with manufacturers & vendors
- Handle the day-to-day RMA Receiving activities and RTV return
- Process RMA requests and send for approval
- Maintain reports with daily/monthly numbers of returns
- Maintain daily productivity / workflow reports
- Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service / Technical Support, as required
- Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis
- Extensive knowledge in computer parts and accessories, and consumer electronics
- Ensure returns and claims are processed in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Preferably associate degree or higher education
- High energy and strong work ethic within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
