Aramark Canada Ltd. is currently seeking individuals with a passion for customer service to join the Dalhousie Food Services Catering team as Beverage Servers As a Beverage Server on the Dalhousie Food Services Catering team, you are upbeat, can multi-task, and remain current on trending alcoholic beverages are committed to providing an exceptional customer service experience to our guests

**Responsibilities**:

- Assure quality, courteous customer service is provided to all customers
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menu
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Process customer transactions
- Balance and verify cash float
- Handle customer questions or concerns with support of the management team
- Ensure adherence to Aramark and Dalhousie University policies and procedures
- Additional duties may be assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years’ experience serving in fast paced customer service driven environment
- Smart Serve certification required
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must have flexible availability as evening and weekend work is required
- Outgoing, conversational, skilled in relationship building
