Walter's Snack Bar is your neighbourhood cocktail bar on Barrington, we are seeking the right person to lead our beverage program, with in-house and craft cocktails. As well as work closely with our chef to create a well balanced food menu to compliment our beverage program.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Head Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing our bar operations and providing an unparalleled beverage service. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Crafting and curating an innovative and diverse drink menu that caters to the tastes and preferences of our clientele.

2. Creating signature cocktails and unique beverage offerings that set us apart from the competition.

3. Training and mentoring bar staff to ensure consistent quality in drink preparation and presentation.

4. Maintaining inventory and managing stock levels to meet demand and minimize wastage.

5. Collaborating with our kitchen team to ensure perfect food and drink pairings.

6. Upholding high standards of cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations in the bar area.

7. Providing outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and promoting a positive and friendly environment for both patrons and staff.

8. Monitoring and improving the bar's performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
1. Proven experience as a skilled bartender with a demonstrated ability to create exceptional drink menus.

2. A strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and craft beers.

3. Ability to lead and motivate a team of bartenders

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

7. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the bar industry.
