**Overview of the Position**

As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will work as part of our Supply Chain Network Support team. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of our business and use this knowledge to recommend solutions to solve business challenges and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Supply Chain Network Support acts as a control tower for the rest of the Supply Chain department by providing forecasts, visibility, and performance measurements to the Demand Planning, Replenishment, Transportation, and the Distribution Centers teams to develop and optimize efficiencies. In this position, you will be responsible for utilizing and analyzing available Supply Chain data to provide information and forward-looking requirements in time for operations planning and execution. You will also support the Supply Chain Network Support's Capacity Planning and Production Planning processes through data sourcing, assembling and analysis. This position will also require you to develop, communicate and analyze Supply Chain KPIs and conduct simulation modeling and reporting to quantify the effect of system changes or proposed projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A related post-secondary education or relevant experience
- Knowledge of VBA or SQL an asset
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory processes
- Strong analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Access and PowerPoint
