CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As our Customer Service Representative, you are the direct link to our customers by providing them with friendly and timely service as well as accurate sales quotes. The successful team member will go the extra mile to build strong, effective relationships with new, existing and potential customers by providing product solutions, initiating customer contact, provide counter support for walk in customers, and responding to customer requests.

**This role requires**:

- Completion of an Office Administration diploma/certificate or an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
- 1+ years of experience in a busy customer service-oriented environment. Experience in an office and/or manufacturing environment is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional, proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Keen analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be highly organized with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is a requirement
- Positive professional attitude
- Punctual with solid attendance record
- Knowledge of the roofing and siding industry is a definite asset, but training will be available to those with an adaptive mindset and the thirst to learn and grow.
