**We’re Hiring: Plant Controller**

We’re looking for a **Plant Controller** to play a pivotal role in driving operational and financial success within our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Head of Finance this is a hands-on position requiring consistent physical presence on the plant floor to observe, analyze and verify cost related processes and conduct various inventory audits.

**What You Will Do**
- Analyze production costs and efficiency KPI’s
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives to minimize waste, scrap and rework to enhance profitability
- Manage budgets and provide monthly variance analysis to be discussed with department managers
- Oversee financial operations at the plant level
- Partner with senior leadership to optimize operations and influence key decisions

**What We Are Looking For**
- Expertise in cost accounting, budgeting and variance analysis
- 5+ years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment (is a must)
- Detail-oriented and a strong team player with excellent communication & decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA or CMA preferred)
- Experience with tier 1 complex ERP systems (MS Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations is a plus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
