**Overview**

**Duties**
- Familiarity and experience with EPDM, TPO, Modified Bitumen, BUR.
- Install roofing systems using materials such as shingles, metal, or tiles based on project specifications.
- Repair and replace damaged roofs and roofing materials to ensure structural integrity and weather resistance.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of roofing systems.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor while working at heights safely.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various roofing tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading for accurate installation of roofing systems.
- Experience as a carpenter or maintenance person is a plus, providing additional skills relevant to the role.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing roofs against water intrusion is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $31.85-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
