Reporting to the Quality Management System Chief, the Quality System Specialist (QSS) is responsible for supporting the field and administrative teams on systems under the responsibility of the Quality function. Among other things, the QSS acts as a technical expert on systems to train and assist users according to their needs and to support them in case of system failure or limitation. The QSS ensures the stability and performance of processes and proposes improvement opportunities, providing support as needed. They keep various reports and dashboards up to date and perform accountability reporting.

**What You Will Do**

**Analysis and Evaluation**
- Collect and analyze user needs and existing processes within the scope of mandates and propose potential improvements.

**Optimization and Monitoring**
- Participate in the design and implementation of improvements to increase the efficiency of current practices or to adapt to operational needs.
- Monitor system updates and innovations.

**Planning and Coordination**
- Participate in the planning of recurring activities (training, follow-up committee) and be an ambassador for deployed initiatives.
- Work with different teams to identify improvement opportunities and participate in, or even lead (depending on the scope of the initiative), improvement initiatives.

**Training and Support**
- Train, coach, and support staff on systems (features and supported processes) related to their responsibilities and tasks, and assist users in deepening their knowledge of the systems (as needed).
- Support users in case of system failure or in finding alternatives due to system limitations.
- Participate in the design of training and the writing of technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits and support project teams.

**Monitoring and Reporting**
- Participate in identifying key parameters to measure process performance.
- Update records and dashboards, monitor process performance, and prepare reports for accountability purposes.

**This role could be for you if you have**
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- College diploma (DEC) in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field in construction.
- A good understanding of technical languages and compliance standards is essential.
- Proficiency with various computer systems; Experience with CRM, ERP including SAP (no development required).
- Basic project management knowledge: Understanding of project management principles.
- Support experience: Technical support experience with various internal and external collaborators.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with different teams and lead initiatives to completion.
