It's a dynamic and exciting workplace where, through interactions with our international teams, you will have an opportunity to make a difference while also continuing to enhance your skills and expertise. **YOUR MISSION** **Management system and its operation** - Support activities to ensure that integrity of the Management System (MS) *1 and that its adequacy to the "interested parties" requirements and expectation are maintained at any time. Including applicable certifications - 1 Management system (MS): it includes subsystems like Quality, Environmental, Work health and safety, IT Safety, etc. as well as supporting tools to integrate other systems like Administration, Legal, Intellectual property, etc. - Ensure that the MS is appropriate and supports to the requirements and normalisation of market where the company acts and evolves: Automotive, mobility, transportation and industry specific. Typical requirements of these markets are among others: - Functional Safety, Safety of intended functionality, Risk assessment throughout the entire product life cycle, products (produced or purchased) released according PPAP methodology, control plans available and followed for each product (produced or purchased) - Customers Specific Requirements (CSR) fulfilment, including check that the CSRs are understood, complete, feasible and aligned with the LT strategy and met by LT - Response and reaction face to complaints (Customer non-conformities) following specified methodology (3D/8D by default) within a prescribed delay - Suppliers and partners monitoring - Compliance with different regulations depending of product, use, jurisdiction, etc. - Nonconformities treatment and correctives actions implementation and efficiency monitoring - Customer satisfaction monitoring - Support assessments, audits and similar activities performed by "interested parties" over the MS to ensure positive results and drive actions in case of Nonconformities or recommendations - Contribute to update the MS to ensure that it is appropriate and supports to the needs of the context where evolves Leddartech and theneeds in view of the nature of LeddarTech. Typical needs are among others: - Strong orientation towards R&D activities and prototyping - Technology at introduction stage, i.e.: final designs only partially defined - Stark growing in terms of manpower, locations and diversity of technologies involved - Carry out quality inherent work products at project / product level. Typical work products are among others: - Quality plan, FMEA, control plan, verification & validation plan (in collaboration) - Measurement system confirmation, either performed internally or identify external labs - Actions face to Non-conformities (customers, internal or suppliers): containment (3D), corrective actions (8D) and preventive actions - Audits (internal, suppliers and other partners) and surveillance activities, KPIs - Ensure that projects, where she or he is responsible for, are carried out according with MS prescriptions and that required work products are conform - Track customers satisfaction indicators (surveys, score-cards, etc) and trigger actions necessary in case of results others than "A", "Green" or equivalent - Ensure and drive permanent advocacy to the quality (as well as environmental, work health and safety, functional safety, etc.) principles - Be capable, if required, to act as interface with customers and partners for MS activities - Be the owner of the documents that pertain **Management of human resources (if applies)** - No direct supervision or management activities associated - Position will require coaching of stakeholders of the work products **Work products (30%)** - Generate some work products that belong to the position of Quality Specialist in itself. Typical work products are among others: - Documented information management - Release and change management - CRS and customer satisfaction processes - Audit and other surveillance processes - Nonconformities and corrective action processes - Generate work products that are specific of the quality management of projects where she or he is involved. - Act as reference person in her / his field of expertise, to contribute to generate related work products **The ideal person for this job will have** - Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent experience - Five (5) ye
