**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Conduct engaging martial arts classes for students of all skill levels, ensuring that each session is informative and enjoyable.
- Educate students on the principles of martial arts, including techniques, forms, and self-defense strategies.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students while promoting overall class objectives.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Maintain a safe training environment by enforcing safety protocols and guidelines during classes.
- Organize and participate in events, demonstrations, and competitions to showcase student achievements.
- Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
- Foster a sense of community among students, encouraging teamwork and respect for one another.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a martial arts instructor or practitioner with expertise in one or more martial arts disciplines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate effectively across different age groups.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring students in their martial arts journey.
- Certification in first aid/CPR is a plus but not mandatory.
- Flexible schedule
