ACASS is a leading provider of international private aviation support services, and we are looking for an efficient and experienced **Aircraft Sales Analyst** to join our Montreal team. Reporting to our Manager of Sales Support and in collaboration with other Aircraft Sales Analysts, you will be an extension of our international sales team and support them to focus on selling and closing deals so that together you can maximize performance, increase productivity, and achieve sales targets.

**Here’s how we’ll do it**:

- Collaborate with and support our international Sales team to fulfill aircraft acquisition and sales representation agreements.
- Prepare sales tools and documentation such as aircraft valuations, comparisons, specification sheets, market studies, etc.
- Qualify and respond to online and telephone inquiries.
- Analyze and report on industry and market trends.
- Capture relevant data, market intelligence and customer information on Salesforce (CRM system).
- Work with our Marketing team to coordinate aircraft sales campaigns, e-blasts, etc.
- Support the Sales team with special projects and tasks.
- Occasionally travel to client meetings, aircraft inspections, trade shows and industry events.

**What you bring to the team**:

- Passionate, personable, driven, proactive, responsible, and capable project coordinator.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers (internal/external).
- Strong organizational and time-management with high attention to detail.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to examine information and identify key elements and trends.
- Excellent team player capable of working autonomously with minimum supervision.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software and online meetings (Zoom).
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Adobe InDesign software are preferred.
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is an asset.
- Willingness to occasionally travel and work after-hours and on weekends to accommodate international time zones and project demands.
