Leasing Consultant

**Paradigm Fleet Services** has a growing Sales Team and is looking for highly motivated and positive Sales & Leasing Consultants We are currently searching for qualified sales professionals to join our team and lead the commercial/fleet industry through outstanding customer service.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities include**:
Promoting and completing the sale of Commercial vehicles in a professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service

Articulate automotive vehicle selection, attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies/services

Complete all sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner

Respond to all sales inquiries, promptly and effectively

Remain educated product knowledge, finance options, promotions, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends

Actively promote and develop new business

Maintain customer profiles

Consistently follow up with customers and maintain a good rapport with customers and department managers

Follow all Paradigm Fleet Services policies and procedures, for safety & customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**:
Possess a minimum of 1 year of previous sales experience

Valid Class G driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations

OMVIC license
