**ABOUT THE PLANT**
We have 3 production facilities located in Montreal, Mississauga and Edmonton and currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to lead our Mississauga plant. Covering 48,000 sq. ft. of production and warehousing space, the Mississauga facility is the home of our soft and metal gasket production operations and currently employees a production team of approximately 20 people. If you enjoy working on daily issues but can keep your eye on long-term goals then you may be the right fit for our organization.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A minimum of 5 years of production management
- Post-secondary education in management - an asset
- Gasket knowledge - an asset
- Mechanical Engineering or equivalent mechanical experience - an asset
