**Job Overview**:
The HR Administrator will provide exceptional administrative support; managing employee data, organizing HR-related documents, and supporting various HR functions. This role will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations. The Administrator will be involved in full cycle recruitment and resolve policy and HR related inquiries and play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and positive employee experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support internal and external HR inquiries or requests related to HR issues, rules, policies, processes, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate electronic employee records.
- Prepare and present employment offers and maintain documentation throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new recruits and ensure proper mandatory training is both assigned and completed.
- Assist in processing new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
- Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure seamless transitions for employees.
- Back up and support payroll processing as needed.
- Assist where necessary to track and execute HR Programs.
- Stay current with HR trends and best practices.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation is an asset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of unionized work environments an asset.
