In April of this year, our Creator Operations team launched its first solution - The Influencer Network - connecting our brands with content creators to create videos and posts for them that direct back to Amazon. This is a new division and team at Perpetua, and we are looking for a
**Creator Operations Lead **to help continue to grow the product and customer base while also leading a team of Account Managers and Strategists.

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage a team of Account Managers and Creator Operations Strategists responsible for the end-to-end customer experience from platform adoption, engagement, retention and driving account expansion.
- You will build out best practices for the team, including structuring what touchpoints look like, when they occur, and SLAs
- Be responsible for launching and growing our Creator Operations product, taking best practices to our product team, and then working with marketing and other stakeholders to take the new product to market
- Serve as the voice of the customer inside Perpetua to our Product and Engineering teams.
- Work seamlessly with Sales and Marketing to plan and execute customer marketing, retention, and value driving initiatives.
- Proactively analyze customer data to identify potential opportunities that customers are unaware of and turn them into wins.
- Set quarterly revenue targets and commission plans for team members based on net retention, renewal, and up-sell opportunities.

**Who You Are**:

- You have previous experience in building and managing high performing Customer Success teams
- You care deeply about customers and have a natural ability to empathize with and advocate for them
- You are self-starter with a growth mindset who will bring new ideas and own executing on them
- Data and numbers drive are a key driver of your success, you have had deep experience with market and product analytics
- You have no problem working cross-functionally and can easily build buy in and relationships with key decision makers
- Bonus points if, you have experience working with Influencers, and have a deep understanding of Influencer Marketing
