**Tire Technician Job Description**

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision and efficiency.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tire-related tasks effectively.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage, providing recommendations to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in the maintenance of shop equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and educating customers about tire care and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while promoting additional services offered by the dealership.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required when handling tires and related equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot tire-related issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed during tire installations and repairs.
- A proactive approach to maintenance tasks, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
