**Redline Auto Group is hiring for our repair facility. We have been in the business for 16 years and are comprised of 4 dealerships and 3 service centers which are located in London, Mississauga, and Cambridge.**
- Redline Auto Sales is looking for a _**Service Manager **_to manage a team of technicians in our used car department._
- **Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:_
- Supervising technicians in repair procedures_
- Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repair and services required._
- Checking the quality-of-service repairs performed, ensuring dealership standards are met._
- Communicating technical problems to service staff_
- Reviewing all shop comebacks with appropriate technicians_
- Maintaining shop tools and equipment_
- Organizing shop floor and parking lot to ensure maximum efficiency and cleanliness_
- Properly training personnel for further skill development_
- Reviewing productivity and efficiency records of personnel on a regular basis_
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum 10+ years experience in an automotive career_
- Proven leadership skills_
- Be well organized; possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude._
- Hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills._

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
