**Position Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
(This is a Mat Leave Coverage Position)
- Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks.
- Schedule social media content and assist with campaign implementation.
- Monitor, manage, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Assist with the planning, development, and coordination of diverse marketing communications.
- Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, showroom events, and open house events across Canada and the U.S.
- Support key account sales Coordinate the creation, approval, and distribution of marketing materials for both digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Schedule social media content and assist with campaign implementation.
- Provide administrative and creative assistance to the Marketing Manager as required.

**Qualifications**:
(This is a Mat Leave Coverage Position)
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, event coordination, or design-related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
