**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist trades and site supervisors with day-to-day tasks on residential construction sites
- Perform general labour duties including site cleanup, material handling, and basic tool use
- Support framing, concrete, landscaping, and finishing crews as required
- Load, unload, and move materials around job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Operate small tools and equipment as directed
**Qualifications**:
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in Edmonton and surrounding areas
**Schedule & Compensation**:
- Monday to Saturday, full-time hours
- Annual salary**:$44,000**
