**Job Summary**
This position is for Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 12 am. 2 paid 15 minute breaks and 1 - 30 minute lunch break. This is a start up afternoon shift. Training begins with 2 weeks of day shift training. Day shift is 6 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after work activities.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Machinery new team members will need to learn are are as follows: Shearing, Forming, CNC Punching, Table Saw, Sheet and Tube Laser, CNC Knife Table, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office is required.
- First Aid Level 2 is an asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
- Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
