Job Summary

This position is for Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 12 am. 2 paid 15 minute breaks and minute lunch break. This is a start up afternoon shift. Training begins with 2 weeks of day shift training. Day shift is 6 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

We offer an additional wage differential for afternoon shift. Night shift starts at $21.50/hr after training.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after work activities.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
  • Machinery new team members will need to learn are are as follows: Shearing, Forming, CNC Punching, Table Saw, Sheet and Tube Laser, CNC Knife Table, etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office is required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.
