Job Title: Project Manager & Curriculum Producer

Remote Opportunity for US and Canadian Residents.

Space is also available at our offices in Houston, TX or Woodland, WA

We are looking for people who have a passion for producing and implementing learning solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Implement learning management software (the ITI Learning Hub) for ITI customers including the configuration of content libraries, assignments, admins/user permissions, training, adoption, and more.
- Design and develop online learning and instructor-led courses for ITI and its customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Ability to develop a project plan, identify tasks, and measure and track performance.
- Understanding of various instructional design methods, techniques, and project pipeline management.
- Strong organizational skills including high attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with e-learning content authoring tools and learning management systems is preferred.
- An aptitude for learning to operate new technologies quickly, and drive to communicate technical concepts and details effectively.
- Creative, resourceful, organized and pragmatic.
- Customer-Focused
- Strong at running meetings and conflict management.

Compensation

This role has four levels of compensation from entry to senior level with a salary range of $60,000 to 90,000 per year. The role level is based on relevant experience. In addition to pay, this position is eligible for ITI benefits including healthcare, 401(k) (up to 10% company-match), PTO, and Restricted Stock Units.
