**_Your Role in Our Journey:_**
As our Client Services Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and strengthening relationships with stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for managing a wide range of services - including Board support, certification and accreditation, committee administration, meeting management, and membership programs. Reporting to the _Team Lead, Client Services_, your work will directly impact our clients’ success and community connections. **_Your Role in Action:_**
- **Client Relationships**:Collaborate across Redstone’s departments to ensure projects run smoothly and effectively. Support volunteer committees and Boards of Directors on various initiatives, building trust and ensuring client satisfaction;
- **Board & Committee Support**: Provide full support for board and committee meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, creating action plans, and following up on deliverables;
- **Administration**: Manage a high volume of daily inquiries across inboxes, phone lines, and meetings for a diverse client portfolio. Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases (membership, sponsorship, attendee, etc.) and ensure timely handling of client mail;
- **Membership Services**: Oversee membership registrations and renewals. Run certification and accreditation programs, including exam proctoring, scoring, and delivering results;
- **Member Engagement**: Lead member communications such as announcements, e-newsletters, campaigns, and website updates. Prepare and share regular reports on membership and engagement trends with clients; and
- **Event Support**: Provide onsite support to the events team during high-volume periods to ensure smooth client experiences.

**_You’ll thrive in this role if: _**
- You’re comfortable working in a dynamic agency environment where you’ll manage multiple clients and priorities at the same time;
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Business, Communications, Not-for-Profit Management, or a related field; and
- You have 1-2+ years of experience in a client-facing role in either administration, corporate events including meetings and conferences, or project coordination.

**_ Serious bonus points if:_**
- You have experience working with association management companies, or agencies; and/or
- You have experience working with Boards of Directors, committees, and/or in the not-for-profit sector, and understand board governance and how volunteer leadership operates; and/or
- You are bilingual in English / French (an asset), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

**_ Compensation Expectations for the Role:_**

Starting salary: $52,500 (Full salary band: $52,500 - $63,000).
