**Position Overview**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly.
- Provide recommendations on food and beverage choices when requested.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per the pub’s standard recipes.
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate POS systems efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol serving regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to provide seamless service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stocking as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Server/Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
- Knowledge of a variety of beverages, including craft beers, wines, and cocktails.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
