Vernon, Canada 1516 Pub and Grill Full time

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Making drinks
- Attend to guests promptly, engaging with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders efficiently, quality check to ensure guests are satisfied.
- Maintaining thorough menu knowledge to answer guest questions accurately
- Being aware of daily specials and being able to recite them to guests
- Maintaining a clean and organised restaurant, including but not limited to: taking orders, making drinks, restocking supplies, and talking to customers and fellow staff
- Record and enter orders correctly, ensuring any special requests or allergies are communicated properly. Responsible for guests checks and payment processing.
- Must be able to maintain clean and tidy section and ensure the guests receive the best experience
- Opening and closing duties
- Complete daily/weekly cleaning duties
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for this role:

- 1-2 years serving experience
- Works well in a team based environment
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with co-workers and unsupervised
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Must be able to work well under pressure, as we are a fast paced environment
- Ability to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends
- Must be available weekends
- Must be available more than 4 days per week
- Must have a valid Serving-It-Right Certificate

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.75 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
