**Position Description**

In Touch Ministries is looking for a permanent Part-Time Warehouse Specialist for our Canadian office.

**MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

SHIPPING & RECEIVING

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring orders are packaged and prepared for mail-out in a timely manner. This process entails: picking, packing, labeling, & posting items to be shipped.

You will also be responsible for receiving shipments coming into the warehouse. This involves corresponding with staff and third parties, and coordinating shipment schedules.

WAREHOUSE INVENTORY

You will be responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and presentable for guests who may visit. This includes moving and replenishing warehouse inventory appropriately. For your safety and the safety of all staff, all work will adhere to Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations standards.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Authentic relationship with Jesus Christ
- Excellent organizational skills
- Efficiently completes repetitive tasks
- Self-motivated individual who works with minimum supervision
- Previous warehouse experience considered an asset
- Able to lift up to 50Lbs

**HOUR DETAILS**

This position allows for flexible weekday work hours. The schedule can be finalized with approval from the Executive Director (approx 30 hours/week).
