**North America Proposal Manager**

**What will you do as a North America Proposal Manager at Spark Power?**
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in the sales process, and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze and report on sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage the CRM system and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Develop and implement sales training programs to improve the performance of the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales strategies are aligned with marketing, finance, and operations
- Develop corporate proposal processes and procedures to ensure efficient response to RFP/Qs, minimize and mitigate risk and ensure the best possible win rate for the team. Participate in roll out and integration across the company with input from appropriate internal stakeholders including:

- Management of customer and public tender sites, access, log in and billing
- Develop and deploy a Bid-No-Bid tool for all stake holders. This will be a multi staged tool that will provide comprehensive review of an opportunity, track pertinent information for bidding, prioritization, risk management and resourcing needs. Ensure adherence and proper storage of.
- Maintain proposal templates, forms, project profiles/experience lists, and other materials in conjunction with any marketing support to ensure we can respond effectively to RFQs
- Liaise with functional groups to obtain proposal deliverables (HSEQ questionnaires, bonding, insurance, org charts, contract reviews, etc.)
- Manage proposal tracking system and develop regular reporting to support pursuit decision making, orders forecasting and resource requirements.
- Collect, maintain, and share all required Spark Power data and information for bid submittal and prequalification completion.
- Manage new customer registration ensuring adherence to acceptable credit, billing and T&Cs.
- Work with estimators and project managers to develop and maintain a cohesive estimating system that provides comprehensive, repeatable and accurate costing.
- Provide analytics on win/loss reasons, quote response time, no bid tracking and other key metrics which will assist in managing the business.
- As required, work with opportunity capture team in negotiations of contracts with customers.
- Provide ongoing training to the Commercial team on process and adherence.

**Do you have the Spark? Here's what we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with major RFP programs, such as Ariba, Bonfire, etc.
- Attention to detail on RFP intricacies making sure they are met and adhered to, time management and able to meet deadlines, while adhering to all client requirements.
- Proven analytical, communication, organizational, and technical writing skills, and abilities.
- Ability to effectively research, evaluate and analyze proposals to present to managers and/or clients.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and implement appropriate planning to achieve deliverables.
- Strong team player and interpersonal skills, ability to work with many different personalities.
- High degree of accuracy, pride in work.
