**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Team Member to join our dynamic team. As an essential part of the operations department, you will help ensure the smooth execution of daily tasks, contribute to process improvements, and support the team in reaching company goals. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution of day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication across teams.
- Help track and report on operational performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
- Assist with inventory management, procurement, and order processing as needed.
- Support the development and implementation of new operational procedures and best practices.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team as required.
- Monitor and respond to operational issues and assist with troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).

Pay: $17.00-$28.25 per hour
