Overview:
Entcon Precast Ltd. is seeking 1-2 dedicated Precast Concrete Laborer to join our team. As a Precast Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks related to precast concrete work.

**Duties**:

- Assist in the preparation of concrete forms by cleaning and prepping forms
- Assist in pouring concrete from mixer to fill various forms
- Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete
- Assist with the installation of rebar and mesh reinforcement
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate concrete placement
- Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment effectively
- Perform any other tasks as needed
- Keep shop and tools clean and tidy

Qualifications:

- Experience in concrete finishing and masonry work considered an assett
- Knowledge of using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
